Colton Hoppe, Founder
Colton Hoppe is a multifamily real estate professional based in Dallas. As part of a 23-person investment sales team at Marcus & Millichap, he underwrites conventional and affordable multifamily properties across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas, and has underwritten more than 150,000 units. He also developed proprietary underwriting technology that reduced deal turnaround times from hours to minutes, more than doubling the team’s underwriting capacity. He holds the HCCP designation, is a CFA® Level II candidate, and is a licensed Texas real estate agent.
Earlier in his career, Colton founded Air Asset to provide aerial media for multifamily owners and brokers in Dallas–Fort Worth. As a licensed private pilot and FAA Part 107 remote pilot, he used the platform to build industry relationships that led to an acquisitions internship at a boutique real estate private equity firm before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2024. Air Asset is no longer active.
